Remember to look for the word "DZUS" on all the buttons, to insure that you are getting the genuine thing.

Measuring a Dzus button is best done with a pair of calipers. An AO button is measured from under the head to the far side of the lock position for the spring. Measure an FO button from the outside of the head to the far side of the lock position for the spring. |

To measure a Dzus spring, check the center to center of the spring eyes. This is the rivet centers dimension. To measure the "grip" or height ("H" dimenions), lay the spring on a flat surface and use a 6" steel rule or other precision measuring device. |
